Passions
Apart from photography, the things that make me happy involve nurturing, educating, and giving. My favorite passion is volunteering with the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula (www.bgcp.org) where I help children learn to look at the world through a different perspective by teaching them photography. It is challenging, fun, and rewarding. The images above were taken by children in this program, who to me represent the "up and coming photographers of the future.
I also take in small puppies to help them get a new life and good family. This experience alternates between exhausting and incredible fun. I gain as much from the puppies, as they gain from me. Almost three and a half years later, there are still many animals on the streets that need care.
